SHIPMENTS METHODS

Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice or proforma invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.

SHIPPING TIME

Our shipments are all made with the express method.

RETURN

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase only if the size is wrong. A change of the same model with the correct size will be made.
Items must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with original Stefano Botta package and with all labels and other accessories received with the order.

The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs which must be sent within 14 days from the date of the order to Stefano Botta. The shipment for the exchange of goods is charged to the customer.

The return / exchange procedure will start only when the goods are received by Stefano Botta.

REFOUND
The refund will be made only if the shoes have a manufacturing defect.

Botta-s.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.
